By downloading or using NOISION ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
NOISION is a noise and ambient sound application. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with local laws and regulations.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Any purchases made through the App are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's payment terms. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
